This Privacy Policy describes how DomainsCrazy (“DomainsCrazy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through domainscrazy.com, its inquiry forms, business communications, and related domain acquisition or brokerage activity. It also serves as our California notice at collection.
Notice at collection
When you submit a form, we collect identifiers and contact information, commercial and inquiry details, communications, and basic device or network information. We use them to respond, evaluate domain or brokerage opportunities, administer transactions, secure the site, maintain compliance and suppression records, and improve operations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not ask for government identifiers, account passwords, payment-card details, health information, precise geolocation, or other sensitive personal information through our forms. Please do not submit them. Payment and identity verification, when needed, are handled by established marketplaces, escrow providers, registrars, or payment processors under their own policies.
2. Sources of information
- Directly from you when you submit a form, email us, negotiate, or complete a transaction.
- Automatically from the site, hosting, database, email, and security infrastructure used to operate the service.
- From public business websites and public role-based contact routes used for limited strategic-buyer research.
- From registrars, marketplaces, escrow providers, or professional advisers involved in a requested transaction or dispute.
3. How we use information
- Respond to domain purchase, development, partnership, privacy, and brokerage inquiries.
- Assess strategic fit, prepare or negotiate terms, and administer secure payment and transfer.
- Authenticate communications, classify delivery and replies, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect legal rights.
- Maintain suppression and do-not-contact records and comply with applicable commercial-email obligations.
- Maintain business, tax, accounting, transaction, security, and dispute-prevention records.
- Improve the portfolio, inquiry experience, deliverability, and operational processes.
4. When information is disclosed
We may disclose relevant information to service providers that support hosting, databases, email, security, analytics limited to service operation, registrars, marketplaces, escrow, payment processing, transaction administration, and professional advice. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, protect rights or safety, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, asset sale, or other business transfer.
These parties receive only information reasonably necessary for their role and may have their own privacy notices when they interact with you directly.
5. Sale, sharing, advertising, and tracking signals
DomainsCrazy does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising. Our infrastructure providers may collect operational logs to deliver and secure the service, but we do not authorize them to build advertising profiles from your activity here.
Because we do not engage in sale, sharing, or cross-site behavioral tracking, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not currently change the site’s behavior. If those practices change, we will update this policy and implement legally required controls before the change.
6. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected. The period depends on whether an inquiry is active, a negotiation or transaction is pending, the record supports accounting or legal duties, or the information is needed for fraud prevention, security, disputes, or suppression. Opt-out records may be retained as long as needed to ensure the request continues to be honored. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or securely isolate it as appropriate.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and access safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential credentials or payment-card data through a site form.
8. California privacy rights
California law may provide eligible residents rights to know or access personal information, delete it, correct inaccurate information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination. DomainsCrazy does not sell or share personal information and does not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right-to-limit link.
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to a particular request, we will respond as required by law. Regardless of whether its business thresholds apply, we will reasonably consider verified requests to access, correct, or delete information you submitted.
How to make a request
Use our contact form and select Privacy request. Describe the right you want to exercise and the email address used in your prior communication. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority, and we will use verification information only for that purpose.
An authorized agent may submit a request, but we may require proof of signed permission and may ask the consumer to verify identity directly. Certain legal, security, transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, and suppression records may be exempt from deletion.
9. Email and communication choices
You may opt out of commercial outreach by replying “unsubscribe,” “no,” or another clear request, or by using the contact form and selecting Email opt-out. We maintain limited suppression information so the request remains effective. Transactional messages about an inquiry or transaction you initiated may still be sent when necessary.
10. Children
The site is intended for business users and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
11. International visitors
The service is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and, when legally required, additional notice. We will not materially expand use of previously collected information without appropriate notice or consent where required.

This policy is intended to describe actual DomainsCrazy practices. It is not a promise that every privacy statute applies to DomainsCrazy, nor does it waive any lawful exception or defense.
